Our mission is to ensure that the City, its officers, employees, and residents are cost-effectively protected against unnecessary and unreasonable losses and claims that may occur from conducting City business, performing superior customer service, or as a result of natural disasters and other emergency events.

Risk Management uses prevention programs and insurance to reduce risks. Vendors, contractors, or residents who have questions about insurance requirements for doing business with the City should contact Risk Management or call 760-346-0611 ext 326.
